Easy Ceviche

Fresh and tangy!


Ingredients:

1 bag Cooked and Peeled Shrimp

1 Large Tomato (or about a dozen cherry tomatoes)

1/2 Red Onion

1 Jalapeno

1 Avocado

1 Lime

1 Lemon

Cilantro

A splash of Orange Juice

Salt and Pepper

Serve with Corn Chips
