If you LOVE cheese and veggies like I do this is for you!
My favourite veggies to use for this are:
Zucchini
Red & Yellow Peppers
Red Onions
I used a simple combination of Lemon & Herb seasoning with Avocado Oil to season my skewers.
I few tips:
1. Make sure your grill is hot before placing these on
2. Cut your halloumi in large pieces to avoid them falling off or apart
3. Make sure to soak wooden skewers in water for at least an hour before using
